❗ Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period
All customers (not limited to first-time buyers) may request a cancellation within 2 hours after placing an order (Japan Standard Time).
Cancellations will not be accepted after 2 hours have passed or after the product has been shipped.
🔄 Difference Between Cancellation and Return
Cancellations will not be accepted after the product has been shipped.
If you wish to return a product after it has arrived, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Cases
Cancellations will not be accepted in the following situations:
1. Refusal at Customs
If you refuse to accept the package at customs due to non-payment of import duties or consumption tax, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.
2. Price Changes After Purchase
Due to the nature of our products, prices may fluctuate.
Cancellations will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Price changes due to promotions
- Price changes due to currency exchange rate fluctuations
- Price changes due to other market conditions
- Price fluctuations after your order has been placed
⚠️ Fraudulent or Malicious Cancellations
If repeated or intentionally malicious cancellation activities are detected, we may restrict or refuse future purchases.
Examples of malicious cancellations:
- Repeated ordering and canceling
- Suspected fraudulent use of payment systems
- Other malicious cancellation activities
💸 Refund Processing
Refund Processing Time
If your order is cancelled within the eligible period (within 2 hours), refunds will be processed within 1-15 business days.
Refund Amount
For cancellation processing, we will refund the amount minus a 5% payment processing fee.
Refunds will be converted into Japanese Yen. Due to exchange rates and other factors, you may not receive the full refund in your home currency.
For Credit Card Payments
- The refund amount will not be a direct cash refund, but will appear as a cancellation or credit on your card statement.
- The exact timing of the refund depends on your credit card company's processing schedule.
